DOSCST is envisioned itself as the premier agent of change in a socio-economically progressive society of well educated people having a strong sense of nationhood, nurtured by moral values, scientific thinking and peaceful co-existense.

Mission

The college provides a wide range of higher quality education in the sciences and technology as well as technical-vocational trainings that are relevant to people's need and aspirations which match global changing opportunities. Need-based research and development acivities that demonstrate entrepreneurial culture are pursued to complement the promotion of socio-economic progress in a healthy environment.

Goals

-To provide higher scientific and technological education through relevant academic programs, vocational courses and other non-formal trainings.
